The Journey West County, the Annex Building

Join us for an afternoon of games and fellowship. We will be offering eight board games, each led by a game master. When you reserve your ticket, the event coordinator will send you a signup sheet. On the sheet, you will sign up to play three games. At the event, you will receive a schedule letting you know when your session with each game master begins.
Play begins at 1:30pm and will wrap up at 5pm. To be ready for the first session, please arrive at 1pm.
Game Selection
2-4 Players | Easy to learn | 30-45 minutes of playtime | Lower level of strategy
Each player is a gem collector, collecting gem cards of various values to gain gem cards of greater value. The first player to 15 points wins. Designer: Marc André

The Jane Austen Game
2-6 Players | 45-60 minutes of playtime | Lower level of strategy
Step in the Jane Austen universe and play as one of her iconic heroines. The name of the game is to either successfully marry an eligible suitor or become a single woman of an independent mind. Attend balls, collect suitor cards, and earn points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins. Designers: Ellie Dix & Mandela Fernandez-Grandon
Scotland Yard
2-6 Players | Easy to learn | 45-60 minutes of playtime | Moderate level of strategy
Mr. X is on the run, and it is up to the Scotland Yard officers to track him down in London. One of the players is Mr. X, and the rest of the players must cooperate as Scotland Yard detectives to successfully capture Mr. X before time runs out.
Cold War
2 Players | Easy to learn | 45-80 minutes of playtime | Moderate level of strategy
Step into the political fray of the Cold War. One player is the United States and the other player is the Soviet Union. Carefully choose agents and societal factors to persuade volatile countries towards Democracy or Communism. The first player to 100 points wins. Designers: Sébastien Gigaudaut & David Rakoto
Bob Ross: The Art of Chill

Players are artists racing - calmly - to complete portions of a painting before Bob Ross does. Players will collect paints and tools to complete the paintings. But, because it's Bob Ross, things are pretty chill. The first player to earn the most points and reach the Chill Zone wins. Designers: Prospero Hall, Brian Kirk
Codenames
2-8 Players | Easy to learn | 10-20 minutes of playtime | Lower level of strategy
Players are divided into two teams. One player from each team is the clue giver, trying to help their teammates correctly guess certain words. The first team to correctly guess all of their teams' words wins. Designer: Vlaada Chvátil
Ticket Prices
$15 per ticket for general admission | $20 per ticket for general admission + a meal
There will be beverages available for everyone, but patrons are welcome to bring their own water bottles.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Walk-ins are welcome, but players per game are limited. Reservations are encouraged.
All proceeds from this event will go towards funding our 2026 summer show.
